Facilitating organisational redesign to meet the governmentâs Personalisation and Self-Directed Support agendas for transforming Adult Social Care. Redesign of processes, procedures and policies including first contact, support planning, managing finances, re-ablement, reviews and joint working with local health organisations.
Radically improved Customer service and quality delivery through numerous significant breakthrough projects, visioning sessions and creative solutions workshops with virtual teams created from across government and its commercial and charity partner organisations. Participants from Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Crown Prosecution Service, Police, HM Revenue & Customs, NHS, Borders & Immigration Agency, Tribunals Service. Designed and ran Solution Centred days for DWP staff to address a challenge in a day. Designed and facilitated top management strategy days and conferences for 150 DWP staff. One to one coaching to develop and inspire individuals to become the best they can be.
Facilitated the Organisational Fitness team to improve how they engage stakeholders in areas impacted by change, through focused engagement and appropriate communication.
Guided the branch Cash Services management team through a vision refocus and restructure of their organisation through effective benefits realisation, planning and reporting in order to deliver strategic benefits and control costs more effectively. Engaged and developed their people, created a change plan, a change roadmap and a balanced scorecard with appropriate measures to monitor the effect of the culture change.
